Trading cards, after dark.
One night where the hobby leaves the shop floor. Rip packs, work the trade floor, stay till two — with a bar, a sound system and a room full of people who know what a hit feels like.
Early Bird $25 all in · limited to 150 · ends October 31
Then $40 general admission, four for $140, and $50 at the door.
Every price shown is all in: the ticketing fee and HST are already included, so the number you see is the number you pay. Set times are announced closer to the date. 19+ with valid government-issued photo ID, no exceptions.
Capacity is capped by the room. The list hears first when a tier sells out.
Announcements only — lineup, partners, tier releases. No resale of your address, unsubscribe any time.
The trade floor runs 8:00 to 10:00 PM: shops, grading, consignment, accessories and artists at tables, chosen for quality rather than table count. Bring a trade binder, not your collection, and keep it with you. There is a consignment desk on site, so anything you would rather sell than trade does not have to follow you onto the dance floor. You are responsible for your own cards at all times.
Rip stations open all night, with proper tables, playmats, lighting, and sleeves and toploaders on hand for anything you hit. At midnight the whole room opens together.
Open tables with no tournament and no decklists. Bring a deck, borrow one if you have never played, or just watch. The card zone in the coffee shop stays open all night, lit and seated, so there is always somewhere to actually look at cards and talk. Partner activations run through the night, with giveaways and prizes.
DJ, dancing, MC, giveaways and the night's announcements, the part no card shop, tournament hall or convention centre can give you. The costume contest is at 10:30, one prize for best costume, and anyone who turns up in costume gets a raffle entry whether they place or not. Cosplay is encouraged and casual counts. Nothing that covers your face, since we check ID at the door.
Over $750 of sealed product from our partner stores, drawn live through the night. Every entry is free: there is nothing to buy, and buying something does not earn you one.

HN01 lands at The Parkdale Hall, a Queen West event space in Toronto — a real room with a real bar, not a rented conference hall. HOLONIGHT is built to be a welcoming, safe space for the collector and player community to celebrate the hobby together.
Vendors, sponsors and shops who want a table at HN01: get in touch before the floor plan is locked.
Don't hear about it after it sold out.
